Kaj is part of the Swedish-speaking minority in Finland. They are Finns who speak Swedish as their first language, a tradition dating back centuries. Swedish is one of Finland’s official languages, and this minority has its own culture, media, and schools.😊

I love these guys. As someone, a Swedish person (with distant descent from Finland), who has recently discovered all of their work - I really find it relatable and brilliant. Humour with meaning. "Leif", "Kaffitår", and "30 år". And performing in their own dialect (love it!). Which is not as common to do in Sweden. Bit there are a lot of local entertainment groups that they probably know of. Like Östen med Resten. KAJ are doing so much to Swedish language culture, both in Sweden and in Finland. Solidifying the cultural bond that people wasn't aware of. Swedish culture is not exclusive to Sweden. It's a renaissance!
