thanks for the great workout. I broke my foot in August and really needed a way to workout without straining my foot and ankle. I discover your videos on YouTube, and dusted off my reformer. Been having a workout every other day for about two months now...love your videos!

Thank you for sharing this video! I have POTS and was having a rough flare up today. I use my reformer to exercise while lying down to manage my symptoms, and this video was the perfect balance of gentleness and work that I needed today 🥰

Such a great workout. The standing parts I did on my knees. Beginner and reformer is higher off the floor. So relaxing and still felt challenged.
