1st of all I'm not hating for no reason at all, what I believe is all of this is being propagated a bit too much. There have been instances where athletes have reduced their weight like Aman who got a bronze medal was 4.9 kgs overweight BEFORE 10 hours of his match.
Then Mary kom in 2018 was 2-3 kgs overweight and many more that means there was fault from their end.
SECONDLY, a very aspiring wrestler for Madhya Pradesh's Chindwara claims in Dainik Bhaskar that Vinesh used unfair means to get in. She gave 2 trails where 1 is allowed, she and Vinesh fought 7 times in which she lost only once yet she was not selected. That girl waited 4 years for this but Vinesh was selected, broke rules, went to Poland than Budapest for "training" and here we are. Another non established player from a small city dropped in front of a politically supported, well established player.
