Well old friend, I sold my house in Colorado US. I finally retire the end of summer and I am preparing to make my visa application appointment for mid summer. My little dream house in Morra, thanks to you (and Carla), awaits. My hope is to arrive 1 November. For anyone reading, please note that at one point, like you, I took the time to watch one of these wonderful videos. I made the trip to Niccone (more than once), to see for myself and dove in the deep side of the pool. The videos are slick as was the entire purchase process. This fall I finally get to reap what I have sowed. An incredible journey to which I can almost say, “your life will adjust!”

Wow, just wow! This house is just superb. You know, Nick. I'm running out of superlatives for your property tours. In my estimation, this house is a great value. I'm quite sure a buyer in the current year couldn't replicate this refurbishment for anything near the current sale price. I'm not that familiar with the area, but if this fits one's lifestyle objective and budget, of course, I'd say jump on this.

This house has so many wonderful, unique features and is situated in a fantastic spot with gorgeous views and the price is reasonable to the point of hard to believe! I love it . Thanks Nick and hope you had no leaks in your own palazzo!

BTT: Oh my - waht a spectacular property! And yes - the stonework (as well as the material) in that part of Umbria *is* incredible; you do not have to excuse yoerself for all the repetitions ;)

NICK! Are you kidding me? What a fabulous home. So many wonderful rooms and views. The one out of the 2nd bedroom looks like a painting. I love the idea of the glass sections of flooring in the kitchen. We stayed in a hotel in Verona that had a similar thing where we could see the original road which was beautiful blocks. Well, this one wont last long. Thanks for all you do. Xo

What a spectacular property! And it's always quite marvelous to see something I actually own in my own home in one of these fabulous places! I have that light fixture hanging in the dining room of this house, but mine is in my kitchen! They should have bought the sconces, though (I did!). Thanks Nick! ♥
