We must understand and realise that we are the soul not the body. One day we have to live in this body, which is worldly. So why do we give so much importance to it and face miseries and distress all the time! This realization helps us to detach our mind from the world and attach it to all pure God, who is our real father, mother and everything.When we completely surrender our mind to Him we can be free from ego, desire and other material attachments. Then by the grace of God we receive inner peace, divine love, joy and true freedom forever.

The thought of losing them or getting it stolen from us gives us tension and anxiety. However, like that eagle, we shall also practise to give up the 'roti' i.e., the sense of proprietorship.
