In this video, we will take a look at how to create an SECP Account and the documents required of SECP Company incorporation and Name Reservation. I will fully guide you through the Documents and Steps so that you can register and incorporate your own company. I will also guide you on how you can create your Company's NTN (National Taxation Number) Certificate and register your company with EOBI. We will also take a look at the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA). I will also show you how you can pay the fee for SECP by Bank Challan, Credit Card, or ADC/ePayment.
To Register your company with SECP you need to have an ID/CNIC Card and an address where SECP will mail all the documents related to your company. You can either Register a Single Member Company, a Private Limited Company, or a Public Limited Company. Single Member contains only one director while Private Limited contains 2 to 50 Directors. After company incorporation, you need to create a company bank account within 45 Days and every Person having the Shares must transfer their Subscription money using their Personal Bank Account to Company's Account. After submitting the Payment, the company must hire an auditor who will verify the payments in the account and give you the document which you can submit to SECP.
You can either file for Company Name Reservation and Incorporation by traditional means, like mailing your documents to SECP or you can submit your documents online.
For Name reservations, you need to provide them with 3 Options and list them in order of priority. You also have to provide the meaning of the name and also why you want to use that name.
There are two types of Shares Ordinary and Preference Shares. As for capital, there are also two types of Capital; Authorized capital and Paid-up Capital.
