Tajin is good on any cut fruit...mango, watermelon, cantaloupe, any melon, pineapple. Tip: grill the watermelon and pineapple first then season with the Tajin. It's so good. Actually it's good on any grilled fruit but pineapple and watermelon are my favorite.

The weather absolutely affects my mood and emotions. Overcast & anything that involves less sunlight for too long makes me feel worsened depression and anxiety. Drastic changes in barometric pressure gives me migraines

Country gravy is super easy and quick to make from scratch. You more than likely have everything you need at home. We are starting to pick states to try new foods from.

My husband told me you can catch fish with canned corn and I thought it was the weirdest thing ever!!😂 It really does work!

Do you ever do biscuits and gravy for breakfast? I love the pioneer woman’s recipe and buy the frozen great value biscuits. So good! And the leftover gravy is so so good on scrambled eggs!

So many things I’ve been meaning to mention. First and foremost about your chickens, I noticed that you save them bread scraps but not the Apple scraps. My chickens love apples. I also save eggshells for them. I Rinse them out quickly let them dry then crush them up. The chickens will use them that way, but I can also use them in my garden for slug and other pests. The chickens will actually eat grapes going soft, blueberries, pasta, meat, leftover eggs, etc so you may want to keep a bucket, bowl or small bin to toss into as you cook. It could really add variety for them and potentially decrease your trash quite a bit.

Now, about the sandwich bread. What you purchase is bread for sandwiches, which deems it “sandwich bread”, but...Sandwich bread is actually something different. It’s bread that is baked into a square loaf instead of with the Roundy humped top like your bread. It’s made that way so that the crusts cut off easily for fancy sandwiches. Call it whatever you want, who really cares? Not me. - I just think someone was telling you it wasn’t called sandwich bread & I wanted you to understand why.

can you do Belgium for a international day? For lunch you could make croque messieurs and for dinner you could make Vol au vent. They are both very delicious! You should really try it.
