I can't get to anything to change 2FA in any way, because of FB Protect being stuck on. I can't find any way it shut it off, or update my 2FA phone, and my old number is inactive. I entered the new number, and it says, "This number is already on your account. Go back to the previous screen to select it." I go back to the previous screen, but it's not there, there is nothing to select, and I can't use it in the 2FA. If I click the slider next to my old number, it says: Your account has Facebook Protect turned on. There used to be the option to turn it off, but now there's nothing. I tried customer support, and got no response. All we can say is FB is one en endless series of frustration.

The problem with this video is that he is already logged into Facebook. I am not and cannot log in as I am logged out of FB on my other devices therefore I can't confirm via my phone as before. I sent FB a picture of my drivers license and they will get back to me in 48 hours, ugh!

It doesn't allow me to turn it off. It says "Facebook Protect is on", which I do not want. It claims this is only for people who have large followings, ability to reach large numbers of people, etc. But this is not my account at all. My account is very small with very few people/friends following it. FB is severely messed up.
