We will now go over some common symptoms that TVs can show and what we should look for in greater detail with these symptoms.
Does your TV have standby?
Does the LED light in the front of your TV light up?
Does the front LED blink?
If so, how many times does it blink and what color is the light?
Have you tried plugging the TV into a different outlet? To be sure you don't just have a blown breaker at your house, or wherever the TV is plugged in.
Is the outlet that the TV is plugged into turn on or off by a switch?
Go ahead and give out customer service department a call or you could leave a comment below this video with the details of the symptoms that your TV is displaying.

Hi. I have a RCA 42" plama tv screen that no longer works. Model # 42PA30RQ. When I attempt to turn it on, it makes the normal "turn on click", but then clicks 2 more times, the led light remains blue. I hear static brifely, and then nothing... but if i change the channels, i can hear shows. But no picture at all. I've done all your trouble shooting. Can you help?

The red on light led just flashes, no picture no sound no clicks nothing. It’s had a new power board installed and voltage checks out so I can rule that out, so could it be the T CON board or the mainboard? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Rob Uk.

RCA 46" LED LCD TV / Model LED46C45RD. TV does not turn-on. Red standby LED is illuminated on lower right hand corner of screen. Red light goes our when on button pressed on the remote or TV side controls. Problem started a few months back, requiring repeated pressing of on button... but TV always would turn on after a dozen or more times pressing the on button. Today, TV does not turn on at all. Have unplugged for 15 seconds and restarted w/o success. Is there a toll free service number I can call or should I purchase another set? Any direction I can get would be much appreciated. I have a panasonic TC-P42G25 that won't turn on. The power light now flashes slowly continuously. No error code. Just flashes red on and off forever. Screen is black. Can't see any bulging caps and can't find any troubleshooting steps for that particular model. Any ideas?

I have a Phillips model 32PFL6704D/F7 SN YA1C0945002439 it has no sound no video all that appears is a red blinking led on the front and it blinks one long blink followed by three short blinks then it repeats again and again. I have looked at the power supply board and there are no visible bad caps. I suspect that it may have suffered a surge even though it was connected to a surge protector because we experienced a thunderstorm and it started the led blinking after that. I was not at home during the thunderstorm so it may be a fluke that it just happened. I like your videos and glad to find your services are available to repair boards.

Hello! I have a TCL 50FS3800 50-Inch 1080p Roku Smart LED TV (2015 Model) that I'm seeking help to repair. We were away on vacation and when we returned the TV's front white standby light was constantly on and the TV was unresponsive to all activity. I replaced the batteries in the remote, used the built in controls and it remained unresponsive. I followed the trouble shooting steps for doing a hard reset and a power cycle, and still no change. I thought that the issue was a faulty power board so I ordered one and intent to replace it, but wanted to see what you thought about my assessment and plan for resolution.
