Aah to bad for the owners, suffer like us renters

They didn’t feel bad raising the rent when a lot of ppl were struggling and suffering ending up going homeless. Our apartment rental went up about $ 700 from 2020-2023. House rentals were the same price so we moved to a house 4 beds in 2023 same cost as our 2 bed apt. There were a lot of people moving at the same time, at least 6 vacancies in our unit alone. They should of kept it reasonable for ppl and if they weren’t so greedy I don’t think they would be suffering now.

Kids should not have access to cell phones during class. What's wrong with parents. We all doomed. No common sense at all. Not the kids fault. All of America is becoming Ratchet 😢

Open business segment … you guys still did not explain. What exactly the problem is. … if anything owners should def lower the rent if they want to keep their buildings filled. Higher rents buildings will not get / be full .. then owners will struggle to keep buildings. Lower rent stop giving first month free nonsense. Owners take the haircut we are heading into financial hard times. MGM is sending multiple stay offers per week. That is a sign. You know it’s coming.
