Funny that this show didn't explore more Oda Nobunaga, that basically consider of of the greatest villains in Japan, that ruler with iron fist till his dead, that why Tokugawa was consider a kinder leader in comparison, and the two had the great rivalry for power, even that Tokugawa was their hostage at the time.

I really like this show. I like his slightly offbeat take on John Blackthorne. And i just noticed why FX uses FEARLESS as its motto...F=Fear X=Less(xfear, no fear, fearless) It never occurred to me before.

It’s not really a revolutionary tv show because they already had this out in the 80’s on tv 6 episode mini series. so this version that’s currently out is more a modern version with blood, sex & gore etc
