China: DTW-125 (~850-900 mm RHAe)
Russia: 3BM59/60 (~850-900 mm RHAe)
Germany: DM63 (~800-850 mm RHAe)
Russia's 1980s 3BM42 Mango (~500-550 mm) matches FASPDS Mk2 which is now considered obsolete by Global Standards especially compared to China

Arjun’s gun is rifled whereas APFSDS perform better in smoothbore guns. Rifled guns are better for HESH rounds.
Moreover a penetration depends upon a number of other factors most important being the composition of the armour. Composite armour made up of sandwich ceramics and metal plates covered by ERAs are more effective against long rod penetrators. A ceramic web on the inside side of the armour also helps in catching the metal spall fragments that actually kill the crew and damage the fighting components will be more effective way to protect the interior of the tanks.

It is better to wait for a few years before making any commitments on tanks it looks like. Tanks still haven’t adapted to the modern battlefield from the look of things. Refining zorawar should be the focus. Equipping Bhargavastra like systems to the light tank, putting more explosive reactive armour on that bad boy, more active protection, up gunning the system. New lesser crew with AI systems which can make for a very well protected light tank.
