if u don't want to buy a gaming keyboard and have a wired mouse then what works for me is holding the button I need to press on the mouse then disconnect my mouse and reconnect this will make it think its still workin

but what about hunger cause you lose hunger when you use a sword or anything that involves movement so how would you feed your self to prevent you dying of starvation?

You can do it with a free auto click but set the cool down to your sword/axe cool down
