How to get xp:
1) get villager, that sells hight level enchantment books (for example efficiency 5)

2) Turn him into zombie and cure, so he sells enchanted books for 1 emerald, and buy as much books as you can

3) Take off the enchantments with grindstone ( rare or high level enchantments give a lot more ex then those random enchanted golden boots you fond in bastion)
