Fix App Not Installed As App Isn’t Compatible With Your Phone

In this video, we will show you two different methods to through which you could Install older APK files onto your device.

For reference purpose, we will be installing the first released build of Instagram and Facebook onto our device running the latest Android 14 OS!

The first method is via non-root with the obvious advantage being the fact that you don’t have to root your device to carry out this task. On the flip side though, you’ll need to take the help of PC every time you wish to install an older APK via this method.

If we talk about the rooted method, then the benefit is that you don’t need to interact with the PC, the app could directly be installed via your device itself. On the flip side, the caveat of this method is that you would require a rooted device.

Just to point out for others who might try this... beneath developer options, there's USB debugging AND another option "USB Debugging (security settings)" that needs to checked down below on the same page on Xiaomi HyperOS - Android 14 .... you also have to set your transfer mode to PTP...

If you don't do the above you will get the following error when running the adb install command:
Failure Install canceled by user]

If the phone with sd 8 gen 3 it will not work in both method, because the chip it self didn't support 32bit apps. Very important point most users didn't get the point. Hope that help.

I followed everything to details but it still showed failed
My issues is actually install the official version of WhatsApp
I was using the unofficial version until it got banned I then tried installing the official app but it always showed app not installed
I tried all the solutions I saw online except factory reset until I saw that an app looking like WhatsApp is still installed on my device but when I try uninstalling it
