He took a lane which only goes to the first exit (judging by the markings) but went over the markings to take the exit after which is dangerous.

He was meant to be in the right lane before entering the roundabout?

Entered in the wrong lane (not a huge deal if you negotiate safely but I think for a test you need to plan ahead properly), changed lanes without a right shoulder check, and no left shoulder check before exiting in case someone (including cyclists) had moved out in his blind spot.

Terrible positioning, in the left lane, then crosses over 2 lanes

2. Changing lane on a round about
3. No proper indication time
4. Mirror checks not done.

He forgot to give some money to the driving instructor.

He indicates right which he shouldn’t because he exits the roundabout on the second exit which requires only a left indicator when exiting.
