Just bought 2023 grand Cherokee limited
First, we had an issue with our trunk door being unevenly closed, which more likely will cause water damage, they fixed it under the warranty but it was not an easy task going through with dealerships, customer service, or the service center. Anyways after that issue was fixed, AC blew out hot air randomly, had to make an appointment with the dealer, and had to talk to Jeep customer care, going back and forth 8 times to the dealer, but it has not been fixed. All they saying is sorry, and to be patient, all I did was be nice and patient with the dealers and Jeep customer care. It’s been my worst nightmare won't buy anything from them ever again!

Its wrong 357hp is the v8 engine not the V6

The idea of having 2 seats instead of 3 on the second row is super stupid. Imagine you have an airport run and need to fold down the third row for luggage. You can only take 3 people maximum.

6 seater is the most stupid idea. If you put luggage or stuff in the trunk when folding down the last row you can only carry 3 people

The V6 isn’t 356hp but the V8 is. Overpriced dinosaur slow engine for the new Jeep overpriced point. Might as well as get the BMW X5
