Theta = 1920"
Distance =1.496 * 10¹¹ m
Basis = ?

Soln:

Theta = 1920/3600
= 0.533°
= 0.533° * π/180

Theta = 0.0093rad

Parallax method,

B = (1.496*10¹¹) * 0.0093
= 0.0139128 * 10¹¹
= 139128 * 10⁴ m

The diameter of sun is 139128*10⁴ m
