The welfare state should work like this: All of them have to get a job. At the end of each month, you wait in line at the gov’t office, and show a screenshot of your income coming in for that month, and the gov’t will give you cash in the amount of 10% of your wage. THIS IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WERE PREVIOUSLY ON WELFARE. if you are crippled / hospital bed-ridden, etc, this program probably won’t apply to you.

This system can be tweaked a bit, but this is how it should be !!! If you are an illegal, you absolutely get NOTHING.
