I've regain a couple of inches by doing all of your plyometrics. The issue is that my shin is in pain. I've done research about that and I think it is called shin splints. I've had this a few years back and now that I'm doing plyometrics consistently, the pain won't also go away. Usually, when I rest up 3 to 5 days the pain ease up. But doing basketball and plyometrics eats up mostly of my rest days. I rest for 1 or 2 days per week now and I can't fully recover from the pain. The plyometrics are legit, I added a couple of inches when I transitioned from 2x per week to 3x per week of plyometrics. Any tips on the shin splints? Or any experiences?
