Cell Biology Lecture 9 The Cytoskeleton

In this video, we cover the components of the cytoskeleton and what makes up the individual microtubules, intermediate filaments, and microfilaments. We also talk about myosin and actin polarization, along with muscle contraction. The components of the muscle cell is also explained, as in the H zone and the A zone.
Troponin and Tropomyosin are also explained in this video.
