Aimee is culture change master, helping engineering teams to accelerate delivery of business value through technology, behavior and practice changes. She has over 25 years of experience in information technology with a background in software systems engineering. Aimee is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Science, and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with an M.S. in Systems Engineering. Aimee resides in the suburbs of Washington, DC with her newly retired husband and four children.

As an experienced Product Manager, Abbie Gray is a recognized leader in Capital One’s technology transformation where she’s directly responsible for unleashing the power of machine learning that’s enabling great customer experiences. Abbie is passionate about helping organizations create business value through leveraging and implementing lean product delivery principles. Throughout her career she has proven abilities to deliver large cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple geographical locations.

Abbie graduated magna cum lade from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Marketing Management.
