Lol it’s harder for the mom than it is the child. But hey, that’ll make it easier in the end

My 3 year old dino also chooses apples over me. The half eaten apple is basically his calling card. Scattered across my house in places I would never find. At least my goats like day old half eaten apples 🤷

My son quit nursing on his own at 9 months when he started walking. I was NOT ready for that. 😭 And at 19 now he's never slowed down. Cherish all the moments. ❤️

Mine did this himself at 17 months. He just said, “no.”

Hahaha. I feel so relieved that this is what a regular conversation with a toddler looks like. I thought it was just mine that interrupted every 5 seconds and looked away every other second. Hahaha.

Love this mom.
she doesn't show her kids face and literally exposes their most embarrassing moments, Which can help you tell how they Care and is not using them for Popularity.

As soon as my daughter figured out the milk came out way faster from a sippy cup, I was fired. Rejection is painful. haha

I get that she’s sad to say good but to something that was precious to her, and here I am feeling slightly jealous because I never got to experience this with my two kids. Breastfeeding didn’t work out for me despite my best efforts 😢 I’m truly happy for all those of you who got to nurse your kids though ☺️❤️

Giving up something like that is tough. Get those extra cuddles, mama.

I weaned my youngest December of 2021. I’m was bittersweet, but he was nearly 2 and I was so exhausted. He just turned 3 and is such an amazing little guy. I’ve had the privilege of breastfeeding all 5 of my children for different lengths of time. Precious memories.

Awe!!! I remember my babies stopping. First was at 19 months, second was at 3 1/2. I am so very grateful for that time.

Breastfeeding my son till 2 and a half was the most precious time of my life. I cryed when it was over. I thank God, he gave me the opportunity to be a mother and have that beautiful bond with my son.

I wasn't able to breastfeed my firstborn and it was one reason for my ppd. I really wanted this but my son had a cleft and couldn't suck. And because of all the stress and fear I never really had any milk to pump.
Now I'm pregnant with my second child and I hope with all my being, that I'll be able to breastfeed him or her.
I know that it can be painful and exhausting but I want to experience this closeness and connection.

I am super looking forward to this moment. I'm currently tandem feeding a 3 year old and a 6 month old and between the teeth and someone constantly on me, I'm ready for this phase to be over. I love my kids and deeply believe in the health and wellness breastfeeding brings, but as soon as my youngest is two, that's it for breastfeeding for us.

Remember new parents, you aren't a failure if you can't breastfeed. You can still bond well with your baby by bottle feeding, just in a different way :)
