My husband and I go to the beach for a week in September, I've been doing things all morning to get ready, this was a lovely, relaxing break! Fall is my favorite season as well, once we get back from the shore I'm ready for full Fall decorating! While I'm not a fan of pumpkin spice lattes, I LOVE to bake with pumpkin! Hi Jen,
Agree, sad to see summer come to an end but thankful we had no wildfire smoke or heat dome this summer. Although we enjoyed weekly visits to nearby lake, we only leaving for a weeks vacation in two days as we prefer less crowds when most tourists are gone and kids back in school. But just today, after thoroughly cleaning my home yesterday, I pulled out some fall decor- door wreath, warm throws, fall dried flowers and cleaned the garden of vegetable plants no longer producing. Since the week away in the mountains with alpine lake promises to be summer like weather, once home, I’ll be set to begin my favorite season-fall! I just finished a fall colored flannel quilt last week. Anxious for coming chilly nights, pumpkins, apples and warm fires with a good book and my poodle at my feet!

Finland in your video looks such a beautiful place to live and thank you for making such a beautiful and calming video. I live in Canada and I'm getting ready for colder weather too. Recently I started crocheting for fall and it's very soothing for my soul. Every fall I knit my slippers for colder weather and it's a ritual for me to start the fall. Crochet is very easy and calming hobby.

I’m watching a lot of your videos in no particular order, you are very calming and inspirational. I get very overwhelmed and frustrated with my daily life, but after watching you I have learnt to slow down and enjoy simple tasks and so as a result my blood pressure has dropped. I took a look at someone else who was doing similar to you, but no it didn’t feel right at all.
