Haggai & Zechariah prophesied initially in 520BC and finished nearly 3 1/2 years after Zerubbabel's Temple was rebuilt. The kavod (shekinah glory, Holy Spirit) never filled this Temple. But the kavod returned to Jerusalem on 33AD at the Pentecost festival.
