The ''dumplings''you ate at the Central market actually were originated from Georgia in Caucasus, they are called Chinkali .

Cats on the top of the roof of Cats house were turned to the Great Guild backwards just because the owner of the house was'nt accepted as a member of the Guild and that was the way he expressed his attitude. Oly after receiving a membership he turned cats in the current position.

Rinkēvičs is actually the first openly gay president in the world, not only in Europe. Before that, there were several PMs in the world who were openly gay, but he was the first head of state.

About that world first Christmas tree... (as an friendly neighbor Estonian I can´t let that one go). The first Christmas tree was actually documented to be erected at Tallinn’s Town Hall Square 1441 by the local Brotherhood of Blackheads. Cheers Latvia & Riga 😁

Riga is NOT Latvia - it is a local Capital city...and will mimic European cities. If you want to see Latvia - sit in a 4x4 and go rural, go villages, go the shore, lakes, swamps, forests, etc
