Hashoshi, some of us have issues with Cointracker not handling providing liquidity on Uniswap correctly. Cointracker considers providing liquidity a 'Trade' and calculates profits and losses. This shouldn't happen since providing liquidity doesn't involve a trade or swap of coins.

What if you convert your bitcoin to stablecoin, and then convert stablecoin back to ethereum? Is that a taxable event?

Staking rewards are subject to income tax in year earned. Capital gains taxes are for when you sell. That's how I handle it.
