Hey guys, I need you to know that no matter how much you think you miss your ex best friend you need to know that all wounds take time healing. If they did something to you or said something to you that hurt you enough to end your friendship (and it was pointless to continue) then you have to withbear the pain that will accompany you for the next weeks and months. First, cry your heart out, sob till no tears come out. Write down your feelings and hurts out on paper, burn it or tear it up, or keep it. Whatever makes your mind clearer and the weight on your heart lighter. I made over 10 entries in a journal where I would write on and on about how much I was hurting about how I was so fearful if I would be regretful of my decision. But now I'm months after the heartbreak, I miss nothing about my old friendship. But even today I still come back to this song, but I listen to it without tears and fear and hurt. All of those things leave you, you just have to trust yourself more than you think you can. I hope you can still forgive your ex friend, even till this day the things that happened are so hard to forgive. But fake it till you make it. Because most importantly you will make it!
