I have to say this is simply the <b>BEST</b> I found. There exist a number of tutorials on the same topic, I have tried to deploy my app following at least 8 of them. NONE OF THEM WORKED and they generally take TOO MANY STEPS. Dude you are awesome, hope you have a nice life!
