For anyone making bifolds, I recently used Johnson Hardware bifold kit and it was worth it because they have a system where the bottom of the doors are supported by a bracket attached to the door frame instead of the floor, for when you can't or don't want to put a hole in the floor.

Love that little jig you made...it takes way less time to make a quick jig than to fight with trying to make repeated cuts. Lots of personality in this one - love it!
