It's useful for BOTH local AND streaming and many other uses besides. If you try it and decide to keep it, the one off fee to 'Unlock' it doesn't cost much for lifetime use. It can handle MANY formats from basic Mp3 to AAC, lossless and all. The Graphic equalizer can be adjusted from 5 to 32 bands (for basic to advanced use), MANY visualisations, and more.... 'PowerAmp' it has served me well for ALL my music needs and I'll never look for another media player. It can even work on PC (if you set up a form of 'Android emulation') and it still works great! 👌

I agree that foobar2000's UI is NOT GOOD despite It's called the king of windows music player. but there are alternatives that has modern UI like musicbee and mediamonkey. and they have wifi sync feature.

When I skip songs plexamp keeps playing 10 to 15 seconds before ending for every single song. Same goes when I try to play any individual song from an album. Can anyone why is this behavior? Is there any setting I need disable?
