Great to see some Irish players take the main stage in this rebuild. I recently did an Irish rebuild where I won the world cup and champions league with an Irish squad using Bohs and getting the international job. It took a while but Evan Ferguson, Gavin bazunu, obafemi and Mullins were the stars along with a whole load of youth academy players. One of my CBs reach a 97 overall.

I think Mullins is the player you're thinking of coz Brighton just signed him and he was the only Bohs player to make it the whole way in my career and he finished 91 rated.

In my VfL Wolfsburg career mode, I had Lukas Nmecha scoring 53 goals and 12 assists in 2025/26 season and at that stage he was 89 rated. The crazy thing is that Patrick Wimmer had 18 goals and 30 assists. I had not seen such a crazy G/A from two players ever in FIFA.

I don't like using regens, i don't mind using real free agents, but regens for me make the game less fun.

When I play Career Mode I generally like to look for young talents from weird places or young talents from europeans top leagues and making them world starts, my favourite Career Mode player is Fresneda since he is from my home town and when I have seen him in Valladolid is a nice regular dude, so i like to make him the best RB in the world xD

I had a career mode save in FIFA 22 on 1860 München, and I had this 18 year old striker from Austria Wien, named Muharem Huskovic who grew to a 97 overall rating with dynamic potential. He had a season where he got himself 55 G and 18 A

In FIFA 22 I had Ake Loba from Nashville SC get to 92 overall for me. He had 3 seasons of 40+ GCs and 1 where he hit exactly 50. He’s still in the latest FIFA 23 squad surprisingly. I imagine he’ll be removed soon if FIFA do a squad update before the MLS season starts. Loba is on loan to Mazatlan FC in Liga MX right now.

At the start of Each Career Mode there is always a 16 year old striker from ghana. He goes by many random names but when i first found him he was called ali he is soo good he played 58 games and scored 54 goals
