I have so much respect and admiration for Robot Chicken knowing the source material of Smash Bros and Animal Crossing well enough to make a faithful parody of them. If Family Guy tried to acknowledge either, it'd be a half-assed 6 second cutaway gag, but whether it be Seth or younger writers on the crew, they actually knew their shit when doing this parody. Bravo.

Hilariously all the animal crossing characters are say is the words in the text box, except they are spelling it out.

Interesting thing bout the animal crossing villages if you play it at a slower playback speed they spell out what they are saying very quickly

If you slow down the video, you'll see the animal crossing characters speech is just the voice actors saying the letters in each line with the audio sped up.
