Jerry Cantrell's Pedalboard & Amps for I Want Blood Tour 2024

Jerry Cantrell’s forthcoming solo record, I Want Blood, is a return to beastly form for the legendary grunge guitarist. Featuring spots from Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo and Faith No More drummer Mike Bordin—two old friends who played on Cantrell’s 2002 solo release, Degradation Trip—along with Duff McKagan and more, it’s a glorious, riff-filled reunion.

You can't do that. If it's a killer sounding piece of gear, leave it alone. Just the act of trying to correct some small deficiency like noise will alter the favorable traits that make it what it is. Like Fender's noiseless single coil pickups. They double stacked magnets to cancel the hum and noise and made them humbuckers that have none of the stuff that made the single coils so special. And countless other examples that basically alter the core tech into something completely different. Leave well enough alone!
