For "free walking tour" usually the tip is between 10-30 euros or dollars or pounds per each participant. Some people offer even a bit more. Because the guides are doing, in general, such a great work for at least 2 hours and they are local insiders which rely only on tips (do not have a salary). These tours are such an amazing way to see a city or more of a destination! I encourage to take walking tours:)

The buses are good for tourists I started using yesterday but terrible transport slower than walking bus an hour late and then can get on in the 2 days using the bus 2 hour late for going somewhere these buses are useless they don't have many bus lanes as middle class use the tube or train the buses are not taken seriously I enjoyed the 3 days trying but for transport you need the train 40 min journey 10 miles to where I am staying the bus 2 hours in theory but took 3 today. I don't know why people take the bus if not working and can't cycle may be

London is one of the most expensive city in the world. No way you can go on a budget. I ve been there many time long ago. I lived in the island of wisle. A crappy steak in a pub 20 years ago was already 20 quids/45 dollars. Stop luring people on these chanels, you are just a scam.
