And there isnt always one of them around.

They'll only hit the key fob if you are standing with both feet planted correctly (for safety reasons) and usually only for the smallest person in the group...or whatever is good for laughs.

Its not that you need to pull really hard. You just need to pull it at exactly th weight so not to hard and not to soft. So some people can pull the sword because they pull just hard enough to pull it out

The way the sword in a stone trick works is the place wherr you try and pic up the stone has weight sensitivity and it can track you weight. When arthur lifted the sword from the stone in the books he was quite young and weighed quite a little amount due to being poor. The sword can only be pulled by someone (irl) who had roughly the same weight arthur did when he lifted the sword, his weight was similar to a 11 to 12 year oldd kids weight and thats why kids can lift it and adults can't, the only way an adult would be able to lift it is if they had 1 foot of the step where you have to lift the sword. It's actually really simple tbh, disneyland does not pay someone just to move a sword up and down 😭😭😭
