Learn how to make Hainanese Chicken Rice in just 10 minutes! This is a classic Malaysian / Singaporean Dish which I've adapted over the years. Its something that takes me about 25 minutes to prepare and once the rice is being cooked, I can go about my day knowing that the meal is good to go! I do suggest starting this earlier in the day to leave the chicken to dry and to chop it up just moments before you serve.

Actually I've been making alot of Hainamese chicken rice and sauce since i grew up in thailand with its but your recipe is interesting as well. i will replay again how to make those sauces. Thank you anyway.
