We being a referral unit for high risk obstetric patients,
A postdated primigravida with severe oligoamnios with very low platelets count of 23000 / cmm with Idiopathic thrombocytopenia of pregnancy ( ITP) and ANA POSITIVE....
Underwent an uneventful ceserean section at SS BALDAWA HOSPITAL.
Both mother n baby are fine
