Like how they “debated” on whether to let a CHILD die slowly as a prisoner of war in a bronze jar. And why does Jason seemingly get a pass? Yeah he started treating Nico better after a while, but why did it take witnessing Nico being tortured and dragged out of the closet for him to see Nico as a person? And also Nico went to Tartarus and shadow traveled the statue because he believed that if he died, no one would miss him. 😭

I remember when they were seriously debating if they were going to save his life or not. Why was it even a question? Because he didn’t exclusively join Camp Half Blood or Jupiter? Because he got upset when his sister died? Because his dad is the ruler of the underworld? I was so upset when the main team considered letting him die because they " weren't sure if they could trust him." That's a good reason to let a 12 (13? I dont quite remember how old he was at the time) year old to suffocate to death? I had to close the book for a second. I was so frustrated on his behalf.
