There are 6 Cat Locations in South Park The Fractured But Whole, needed for the Scavenger Hunt: Big Gay Al’s Big Gay Cats.

To do this you will need to have learned the fart that stops time. Use this fart and run up to the cats to grab them quickly before time continues. There are a few cats on trees. Knock them down the tree using firecrackers and then use the time-stopping fart to grab them as they hit the ground.

Your reward is the feline costume. It's given to you by Big Gay Al after returning his six cats to him.

I broke the branch near Bebes house, thought I'd just need to rescue the kittens and let tje kitty run away. I rewinded to catch it much later in the game and the kitten is gone, it's not showing up anymore. Any chance of finding it nearby?
