Every time you level up a new character or weapon you get mastery xp. If you level the same character or weapon more than once you don’t get any mastery xp. Hopefully this saves someone 8 minutes.

Firs level or proficiency to 40 with a character or weapon is worth mastery. Each mission you complete is worth mastery on the first clear. It copies warframe mastery rank system.

Hey is anyone else having this problem I am on master rank 13 I only need 100 EXP but no matter what mission I do it won't give me the EXP I need to level up My characters level up but not my master rank I think it's glitched is anyone else having this problem

So i have my ultimate bunny at level 40 now and i did a prestige on her and she is now level 1 am i going to get Mastery xp ? Or i need a completely new character that haven’t got to level 40 before ?

Mastery rank doesn't go up at all with a new weapon or lvl 1 weapon.
