While 2021 celebrates Jordan’s centennial, it also marks the launch of "From Farm to Fork in Jordan" for sustainable culinary tourism. Our mission is to see more local produce served at hotels, restaurants and event venues across the country.
We are delighted to share Jordanian flavors with health-conscious visitors who are looking for meaningful experiences that leave a positive impact: on their wellbeing, our local communities, and our planet.

From Farm to Fork in Jordan© by HIH is a Culinary Tourism project that applies new perspectives on the central role of Sustainable Gastronomy at the intersection of Destination Management, Agriculture, Tourism, and Hospitality. Our Mission is to position Jordan as a meaningful culinary tourism destination in the Middle East based on our four core values: Health Cuisine, Environment, Responsible Innovation, and Socio-Economic impact.
