The computing power might not be such a big problem. The s25 ultra and many more upcoming flagship are expected to use the snapdragon 8 elite. This chip uses the same Orion cores as the snapdragon X Elite and will therefore be extremely Powerful.

I've been playing Windows x64 games on my phone with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
