Manufacture's Warranty


Most manufactures will offer some kind of warranty to cover mechanical repairs - but they're usually not a lifetime warranty. As they run out, the value of a car can drop quite a bit. German auto's in particular are notorious for being very expensive to repair or even perform basic maintenance.. and you can watch their value drop like a sinking ship as those cars come out of the warranty range.
