How similar are the working hours and conditions? We can do 3/12 hr shifts in a week or shorter shifts. Is there something similar your field? Also, one of the things a lot of us are trying to deal with is the time crunch. Trying to document in 12 hours what we do in a day. How similar is this in your field if at all. Thank you.
