ICLEI’s 100% Renewables Cities and Regions Energy Compact at COP26

ICLEI's 100% Renewables Cities and Regions Energy Compact was launched at the UN High-Level Dialogue on Energy in September 2021. This panel discussion, hosted by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) at the SDG Pavillion at COP26, brought together experts from the modelling, finance and policy spheres to discuss the feasibility of 100% renewables and the measures needed to turn ambition into reality.
