The rest of the world will move away from the US dollar, countries will not be able to pay their US debts and America won't be able to compete in global trade. These are worrying times.

Excellent analysis Sean. I live in Indonesia and I can tell you although the government is managing the economy well, we just can't escape the effect of US action thrashing the economy here. Prices of neccesities are going up and up. I hope there is no repeat of the chaos and riots that happened during the 1998 financial crisis, because I experienced it first hand. Nobody wants to go through that again. Praying hard now.
