With section 8, you pretty much guarantee an eviction process, lots of repairs, and no profit. What a headache.

Waking up every 14th of each month to $210, 000 it’s a blessing to I and my family… Big gratitude

I’m 20 years old, lost my dad about half a year ago and I am going to receive 350k inheritance soon. Would it be smart to grow my money in stocks while in college and then pay down mortgage afterwards, or should I go for real estate investing first since I'm still young?

Well explained. Thank you for bringing up this video. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject Thanks to Anna the lady i recommended...

John, My wife and I live in Wooster Ohio right now in her parents basement. My wife was in an accident in December, and we needed help after losing my income, I had to leave my job to talk care of her. She is better now and we are having our first kid! We are wanting to move to the area and get out of the parents house. We are good ppl and don’t need section eight. She has her PHD & I just started a business. We are also working with your company to get something old off our credit. We are good people and are looking for a good property to raise our child.

Ugh, destroying good neighborhoods with Section 8 rentals. It'll be ghetto in no time.

Every market crash or collapse presents an opportunity for those who are well-informed and prepared. I've seen individuals accumulate up to $1 million during economic crises and perform even better under favorable conditions. Undoubtedly, someone's gain always accompanies a collapse.

Financial education is indeed required for more than 80% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. Regardless of how bad in the economy I still make 90k from my investment of 12k Thanks to Scott Norah for her helpful guides

Why would you rent it to a section 8 person you’re going to ruin that poor neighborhood. Slumlord.

This kind of content I really enjoy. Seeing what you're actually doing yourself and not hypotheticals that a lot of other content creators do. I like seeing the actual process.

Really where are investors putting their cash? Isn’t it crazy how mortgage rates continue to rise with higher imports and declining exports, but the FED is yet to lessen cost. Something will eventually break if they keep raising interest rates and quantitative tightening.

Don't forget $2500 for a riding mower, or the contract for lawn service.

I hope we all know that it doesn't matter who is in the 'top job' because this is a systemic problem - greed. We have allowed many of our economic sectors, to take advantage of the American people. It's disgusting and frightening for the future of our country. My wife and I will be retiring in the next two years n another country. We are absolutely worried that SSI will no longer be funded. we'll have to rely on his pension, a 403 (b) and a very prolific Investment account with my Tracy Britt Cool Consulting my FA. Our national debt is bloating and expanding every month. Our government needs to get spending under control and cut the federal budget.

I was a section 8 landlord for the state of CT. It was great: direct deposit to my bank account at the first of a month
