The Law of Polarity

Probably the most important law to learn and grasp is the law of polarity.
Also known as the law of paradox this is the law that governs positive and negative. Doron-Yitzchak explains that the "trick" here is that they are 2 extremes of the *same thing* and are not separate from each other.
This is called the paradox of duality and this one detail brings about a fundamental misunderstanding in self development and the attraction or manifestation of one's desires.

Basically you have to depolarize yourself, find your center and be neutral and in neutrality everything comes of itself. The pool of the mind has to become still and then when we introduce an intention the ripples go out through the world and just as the tides goes out It comes back in again and as it returns to us it brings the results of itself. A very enlightened video. It goes along with the laws of gender, and karma. The key is to find the still point, the zero point. When we find that place nothing else really matter because we see it all flows out from us.

The Law of Polarity can be seen everywhere.
It is empowering because, when we know the opposite is also true, that every truth is a half truth, then we know that in every situation, no matter what happens in our life, *we can attach positive meaning* . For example, as Napoleon Hill said- every failure has a seed for equal opportunity to succeed. We can look for the lessons in loses, look for the opportunities in challenges. *We can choose to grow through pain, rather than just go through pain*.
It is important to be able to attach positive meaning to events in our lives, so that we are not in a victim mentality- that mindset will only attract negative results into your life- you can win in life, going around feeling like a loser or victim. That is again the Law.

I really liked your explanation. Would you say that's why gratitude is important? Instead of wishing for something different, it's about coming to peace with where you are currently.

A few years ago, I went to university, and I didn't have any friends there. For the first year, I was very upset over it. I felt lonely and really wanted to make friends. At the beginning of the next year, I said to myself, "Oh well. It's fine if I don't make any friends or get that connection. I was perfectly fine last year. I'm happy in my own company, and will survive without any friends." ... About a month later, I met my best friend, and I really did experience that instant connection... That made me realise that you have to be content in your current situation in order to attract anything more.

I remember dealing with the thought of certain people not valuing me in my family, business and ministry. I struggled with that for a very long time until I decided to let go of what that thing was that made me feel that way. Insecurity or truth I wasn’t sure but I let it ALL go.
