"Wok hei" or dragon's breath is always a really good indicator of an exceptionally good Asian restaurant. Asian cooks will typically bring with them their own personal seasoned wok wherever the go to cook in Asia!

I always find it so funny that he had a massive production crew and camera team and nobody ever noticed he has these mini sideburns that the barber or himself forgot to shave.
